As a Marketing and Digital Lead, I successfully launched the luxury project brand, Inside Burj Al Arab. My responsibilities included positioning the tour attraction product within the large portfolio of Dubai Holding assets.
This involved designing the user experience, executing the product roadmap, integrating payment systems, collaborating with stakeholders, managing teams, and driving traffic and sales.
Key achievements included increasing revenue, managing budgets, and maintaining the CRM for marketing opportunities. I worked closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive growth in sales channels and B2B platforms.
Yas Marina Circuit

As a Marina Circuit product owner managed the rebrand and launch of digital platforms with onboarding processes for Yas Marina Circut, Yas Island.
Launched CMS platforms for web and mobile, led E-Commerce journeys, oversaw CRM activities and data-driven campaigns managed teams for delivering high web performance ranking SEO content and worked closely with stakeholders. Ensured successful brand building with partner awareness across all digital channels.
Launched mobile app within 3 months, driving increased usage for buying tickets, payments, wayfinding, scheduling, cross-sell campaigns, and push notifications.
