Yana is a Founder and CEO at ClickTopia with 12+ years of experience in Digital & Performance Marketing leading teams and implementing successful marketing activities across various sectors in both the Middle East and the USA, including hospitality, attraction, entertainment, and retail.

Her career began at Microsoft in Seattle in 2009, where she gained valuable experience working on online advertising and marketing initiatives for one of the world's largest tech companies. She then relocated to Miami, where she continued to build her career in eCommerce, Technology, and Hospitality marketing.

In 2018, Yana moved to the MENA region to work for Yas Marina Circuit, where she led the digital transformation for the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Her leadership and guidance have led to remarkable growth and success for her company. Her ability to develop effective marketing strategies and lead digital transformation initiatives has helped her clients achieve their goals and set new standards in their respective industries.
